8th Amendment
This is the Amendment that provides excessive bail shall not be required, ratified on December 15, 1791 with George Washington.
This is also for nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
This Amendment should stay with our Republic as it was prior to the change to the US CORP beginning with the Civil War. This is one of the Bill of Rights.
This comes in use throughout someone being detained thru to coming about for any sentencing including the 7th Amendment if needed.
Some prosecutors and judges push the agenda to have an excessive bail/bond be placed on someone to pay for the people they don’t want to be free and extort them for what they have either for those that were accused of cruel crimes or those that speak out for the People’s rights.

Did you know that the Department of Justice is more profitable than the Internal Revenue Service, Federal Reserve System or funds even needed for the US Military? This is the way the Deep State wants to keep Admiralty Law in effect. Thus, no tax dollars are required to support anyone in the Justice System as what they otherwise make us to believe.
What will President Trump be issued with on this Tuesday if arrested? Will they put bail at several ‘billion’ dollars to keep him locked up? Will they push for a speedy trial with no witnesses to his benefit? Will this be one charge to make the arrest then other charges added during trial to then expedite the Treason penalty of death just because a few people died per his actions? Will his communication on Truth Social be halted as he cannot talk to anyone?
Mike Gill who has fought against mortgage fraud, money laundering and government corruption has been fined $274,000,000 (excessive) on name slander for bringing out the truth on those people, and has now led to the Pandora Papers now being investigated in Congress. But Mike is now penniless and homeless, as prior to being worth between $300 – $400 million, with even his Social Security being threatened to be halted to shut him up. Mike has even had 4 attempts on his life while running for governor. Mike has been working with President Trump and General Flynn to get this information out.
I just read a story from October 2021 about Rikers where they had cramped conditions that Summer quoting; “as many as 26 men stuffed body to body in single cells … and take turns sleeping on the fetid floors.” which the photos show about a 10′ x 15′ room, but numerous standard single cells had 4 men in them with one bed “and indicate at least 256 inmates festered inside the OBCC intake beyond the 24-hour limit.” Thus that is cruel and unusual punishment even before being transferred to another location.
