6th Amendment
This is the Amendment that basically provides those accused of a crime shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, ratified on December 15, 1791 with George Washington.
This is also for when those accused are to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation, confronted with the witnesses against them and to have witnesses for their defense.
This Amendment should stay with our Republic as it was prior to the change to the US CORP beginning with the Civil War. This is one of the Bill of Rights.
This comes in use immediately after the 4th & 5th Amendments if needed and hand in hand with and before the 7th Amendment.
When an officer arrests a person they are to be brought to court within a day or when the court is open for business, but in the mean time the accused are to know the charges made against them and not wait to go before the judge to find out what those charges are, as I have heard in one case and the judge was asking why the accused was asking why he was there.

Some people have had more charges placed on them just for asking the officers questions of why they are detained or arrested, and then the officers issue an obstruction, a resisting arrest and maybe some other secondary charges and put them as the first charges, yet then the DA or the judge dismiss the charges as they can see the police made them up to make an arrest as there were no real primary charge to go with. Obstruction is basically for the dirty cops as for the people asking too many questions or trying to be a witness for someone else by being in visual range or just with a camera.
The trial must be held in the same district where the crime has taken place so if you are from out of town then you have a harder problem to get family and friends to be there to support you if you need to be bonded out or go to trial.
I’ve even heard some judges were so braggy they denied the accused on everything even without counsel and when the person went to appeal the Appeals Court went directly to the judge and removed them, but it doesn’t always happen that way. So in ways this Amendment does back the people.
What has been going on with those arrested for the January 6th insurrection many have not yet been charged yet they may have been sitting in jail for 2 years already till the time a judge will bother to spend the time with them, and as far as what I have heard is there are no witnesses except for in the government’s favor, evidence is not used in their defense as now that the released video tapes contradict the government’s reasoning, the trials are not public and they are not done with a jury. All violations of this Amendment.
Yet we are still working with the British Accreditation Registrar, BAR, and we will go back to Common Law and if they refuse to change then they may just be arrested for Treason as they work for the government. And once you are in the courtroom and step pass the gate to the tables and the judge you are now in the jurisdiction and control of the judge as you understand ‘stand under’ them. Some people have been arrested just for not crossing the line of that partition.
6th Amendment
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
