5th Amendment
This is the Amendment that basically provides the people shall not be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, ratified on December 15, 1791 with George Washington.
This is also for when people shall not be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law, nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation, and this is for what we do now have on us by the government seizing our birthright and we will soon be compensated per NESARA. So it is not a conspiracy theory for us to receive NESARA payments.
This Amendment should stay with our Republic as it was prior to the change to the US CORP beginning with the Civil War. This is one of the Bill of Rights.
This goes hand in hand with the 4th Amendment.
Once an officer detains a person and asks numerous questions trying to get answers without placing them under arrest or reading them their ‘Miranda Rights’ they violated this Amendment and most likely their state statutes. Primary questions they ask are for where you came from, where you are going and even why, and they are not required to know your itinerary of the day as you do not need their approval to travel.

Miranda Rights: “You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you. Do you understand the rights I have just read to you?”
Miranda Rights were created in 1966 as a result of the United States Supreme Court case of Miranda v. Arizona. Will this court decision be removed once we become a Republic as it was after the US CORP came about? It was an Admiralty Law decision, law of the sea.
You do not need to answer any questions the officer asks, and you do not need to be actually arrested for the Miranda Rights to be in effect as officers do keep asking questions and they arrest people for failing to answer, as they assume you did something wrong just for keeping silent. And voluntarily answering questions by fear of their comments is coercion and not admissible. So it is best to keep your answers short, direct and to the point and nothing more.
Some court cases have had more trials on the same person for the same charges because they could not receive the prosecutor’s preference, and really that violates this Amendment, but the prosecutor needs to bring something else up as with new evidence or other charges. Some cop and lawyer TV shows over the last 40 years have brought important info up on each case they are dealing with, so you need to know how to work it in what you may have to deal with.
For the expansion of government facilities and/or roadways, even providing large donors to be given property that belongs to you or bankers write up conned mortgage contracts to then take the land later, then you must be given proper compensation, and this can come into effect since 1929 till now for the stealing of farm lands in which goes to the bankers, and this is ‘The Farmers Claim Program’ that brought about NESARA. This also goes for our Birth Certificate to be compensated.
Some officers are so ignorant as in one video they were going to arrest a deaf man because he would not follow their instructions and he could not answer, let alone trying to do this face down on the ground. Finally they did have him sit up on the curb and had an officer use sign language with him. They may have had the intent to have him arrested for them assuming he was impaired as he could not speak properly, and that is discrimination.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
