1st Amendment

This is the Amendment that gave us our primary civil rights as human beings in America, ratified on December 15, 1791 with George Washington.

Can you name the five parts of the 1st Amendment before even reading further?

1. Freedom of Religion
2. Freedom of Speech
3. Freedom of the Press
4. Right of the People Peaceably to Assemble
5. Petition the Government for a Redress of Grievances

This Amendment should stay with our Republic as it was prior to the change to the US CORP beginning with the Civil War.

Churches being a 501(c)(3) corporation denies them both of freedom of religion and speech as they cannot go against the religious agenda of the government where the Bible says otherwise and thus they cannot speak it from the pulpit on political issues.

People in the last few years have spoken out on certain websites and out in the public on public property about the present primary issues of the coronavirus and election fraud where they were shut down by their press being removed, their videotaping being denied of the corruption going on and even to the point of them being arrested, so this needs to stop as we need to move into our Republic ASAP.

A major issue is the January 6, 2021 protest in D.C. with people peaceably to assemble have been denied with 800 people having been arrested, been behind bars for more than two years without even being charged and when they were sentenced they spend four years in prison, which is a violation.

Part 5 is what the Brunson brothers used to take their lawsuit, redress of grievances, to the US Supreme Court on the wrongdoings of Congress in dealing with the 2020 elections as it was a petition.

1st Amendment

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
