Questions About the Past History of Trusts
We have the discussion of the Avila Family Trust and 5000 others that was prepared by the Ficuciary of The United States of America unicorporated, Anna von Reitz, dated February 24, 2023, entitled Dodecallion Times Fifty — Open for Business.
This latest message about the massive accumulation of trusts that have been accumulated by powerful families over many generations describes some of the past history of the various attempts by these families to both control and safeguard the assets and to find ways to place them at the disposal of power groups around the world for the distribution to the people living in areas that each group claims control over.
There is no doubt in my mind that Anna is both trying to avoid the traps that stymied the past attempts to provide the assets needed for normal living people to be able to raise healthy happy families and to allow each one to grow to their capacity to accomplish what they came here to do.
It might be helpful to review what was done in the past; what the goals were for the actions taken; what happened as a result of the actions; who was involved; where the assets are now that were dispersed; who was given control; what controls were attempted; what worked and what did not work; who benefited as opposed to who it was intended to benefit; if the funds were used for other purposes – what was the final purpose; what reasons can be given for the failures if any.
It also appears that there is new action being planned or now in progress to again attempt to bring these assets to bear on remediation of the problems that have developed over the past 80 – 160+ years and to provide a global condition of freedom from debt and want for all mankind.
It might be helpful to have a discussion of just how this can be done to avoid the situations that caused the failures in the recent past.

Questions I would like answered:
How are the control groups (if any) going to be identified as fund disbursers?
What conditions are going to be attached to their selection?
How are those conditions going to be reviewed; how often; by whom; and how are you going to protect the reviewers?
What are the provisions for dealing with non compliance?
Is it planned or could it be possible for there to be no control groups?
How will the assets be distributed to minimize massive inflation and deflation cycles?
