We can restart the Keystone XL Pipeline immediately because Joe Biden’s signature on Executive Order 13990 (below) in the Federal Register doesn’t match his legal signature. If it doesn’t match it’s most likely a fraud or forgery rendering Executive Order 13990 and all orders null and void or illegal. Gas prices could be lowered with the restart of the Keystone XL Pipeline. Who wouldn’t want gas prices lowered?
