Supreme Court ruling: Covid vaccines are not vaccines.
Hardly anyone noticed that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. won the case against all the pharmaceutical lobbyists. Covid vaccines are not vaccines. In its ruling, the Supreme Court affirms that the damage caused by Covid mRNA gene therapies is irreparable. Since the Supreme Court is the highest court in the United States, there are no further appeals and the appeal options have been exhausted. In an initial statement, Robert F. Kennedy emphasized that this was a success that was only possible thanks to the international cooperation of a large number of lawyers and scientists.
Of course, this ruling opens something internationally, especially here in Switzerland this ruling should make waves, because Switzerland has a special position here with its federal constitution. For one thing, the Nuremberg Code is in the Constitution with Article 118b, and the misuse of genetic engineering on humans is prohibited in Switzerland, according to Article 119 of the Federal Constitution. This is supplemented by Article 230bis of the Criminal Code, … Thus, the perpetrators face up to 10 years in prison.
But this verdict should also make the rest of the world sit up and take notice, because the Nuremberg Code has international validity and is also included in Article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. All this, of course, is no coincidence.
On January 1, 2023, an alarming article appeared in the Wall Street Journal, referring to a study published in the leading scientific journal Nature on December 19, 2022. The core message: RNA vaccines promote an explosion of coronavirus mutations – in vaccinated people. So the cat is out of the bag: COVID has become a pandemic of the vaccinated. A “biological time bomb” is now ticking in millions of vaccinated people – an Eldorado for the future markets of the pharmaceutical industry, a Waterloo for all those politicians who forced the baseless vaccination slogans of this industry on millions of people.
The fact that this article appeared in the Wall Street Journal, the world’s most important business newspaper, is also no coincidence. This happened only two weeks after the same newspaper had the courage to publish the only scientifically proven – and side-effect-free – alternative to the obvious vaccination crime of the pharmaceutical industry: A patented combination of natural micronutrients, developed at the Dr. Rath Research Institute.
The political consequences of this current development are not yet at all foreseeable. The public about-turns and resignations of leading protagonists of the vaccination spectacle are obviously the desperate attempt to evade legal responsibility for this catastrophe.
Particularly affected by the impending wave of lawsuits is the German government – and thus the German taxpayer. By assuming guarantees for recourse claims for the world’s most widely distributed RNA vaccines, e.g., from BioNTech/Pfizer, Berlin has put the economic future of entire generations at the mercy of a group of pharmaceutical jugglers who paraded through the country with the untenable slogan “RNA vaccines protect against COVID.”
Faced with the now obvious bankruptcy of three years of Corona policies, these politicians have few options left to cover their failures. One such desperate option is to try to legislate a ban on micronutrient therapies – and thus the only safe alternative to the RNA vaccine crime. The other ominous option is to try to cover up the pharmaceutical crimes that have now become obvious as part of a possible martial law.
We are all urged to share this analysis with as many people as possible. Our motto for this year -h more than ever- must be “Health and peace instead of disease and war!”

Urteil des Obersten Gerichtshofs: Covid Impfstoffe sind keine Impfstoffe
Kaum jemand hat bemerkt, dass Robert F. Kennedy Jr. den Prozess gegen alle Pharmalobbyisten gewonnen hat. Covid-Impfstoffe sind keine Impfstoffe. In seinem Urteil bestätigt der Oberste Gerichtshof, dass die durch die Covid mRNA-Gentherapien verursachten Schäden irreparabel sind. Da der Oberste Gerichtshof das höchste Gericht in den Vereinigten Staaten ist, gibt es keine weiteren Berufungen und die Berufungsmöglichkeiten sind ausgeschöpft. Robert F. Kennedy betonte in einer ersten Stellungnahme, dass dies ein Erfolg sei, der nur dank der internationalen Zusammenarbeit einer großen Zahl von Anwälten und Wissenschaftlern möglich gewesen sei.
Natürlich öffnet dieses Urteil international etwas, gerade hier in der Schweiz dürfte dieses Urteil Wellen schlagen, denn die Schweiz hat hier mit ihrer Bundesverfassung eine besondere Stellung. Zum einen steht der Nürnberger Kodex in der Verfassung mit Artikel 118b, und der Missbrauch der Gentechnik am Menschen ist in der Schweiz verboten, nach Artikel 119 der Bundesverfassung. Ergänzt wird dies durch Artikel 230bis des Strafgesetzbuches, … Damit drohen den Tätern bis zu 10 Jahre Gefängnis.
Dieses Urteil sollte aber auch den Rest der Welt aufhorchen lassen, denn der Nürnberger Kodex hat internationale Gültigkeit und ist auch in Artikel 7 des Internationalen Paktes über bürgerliche und politische Rechte enthalten. Bei strafrechtlichen Vorwürfen muss in der Erklärung auf den Contergan-Skandal hingewiesen werden, um der Bedeutung dieses Vorwurfs besonderes Gewicht zu verleihen. Der Politik steht also ein heißer Herbst bevor. Man sollte auch wissen, dass in diesen Prozessen der deutsche Anwalt Dr.Rainer Füllmich und weiter über 100 deutsche Anwälte mitgewirkt haben.
Kein Medium spricht darüber, weder in der Schweiz noch in Europa.
Das kommt leider erst wieder zeitverzögert.

Am 1. Januar 2023 erschien ein alarmierender Artikel im Wall Street Journal, der sich auf eine Studie bezog, die am 19. Dezember 2022 im führenden Wissenschaftsjournal Nature erschienen war. Kernaussage: RNA-impfstoffe begünstigen eine Explosion von Coronavirus-Mutationen – in geimpften Menschen. Damit ist die Katze aus dem Sack: COVID ist zu einer Pandemie der Geimpften geworden. In Millionen geimpften Menschen tickt jetzt eine „biologische Zeitbombe” – ein Eldorado für die Zukunftsmärkte der Pharmaindustrie, ein Waterloo für all diejenigen Politiker, die die haltlosen Impf-Parolen dieser Industrie Millionen Menschen aufzwangen.
Dass dieser Artikel im Wall Street Journal, der wichtigsten Wirtschaftszeitung der Welt, erschien, ist ebenfalls kein Zufall. Dies geschah nur zwei Wochen, nachdem dieselbe Zeitung den Mut hatte, die einzig wissenschaftlich gesicherte – und nebenwirkungsfreie – Alternative zum offensichtlichen Impfverbrechen der Pharmaindustrie zu veröffentlichen: Eine patentierte Kombination natürlicher Mikronährstoffe, entwickelt am Dr. Rath Forschungsinstitut.
Die politischen Konsequenzen dieser aktuellen Entwicklung sind überhaupt noch nicht absehbar. Die öffentlichen Kehrtwenden und Rücktritte führender Protagonisten des Impfspektakels sind offenbar der verzweifelte Versuch, sich der juristischen Verantwortung für diese Katastrophe zu entziehen.
Besonders betroffen von der bevorstehenden Klagewelle ist die deutsche Bundesregierung – und damit der deutsche Steuerzahler. Berlin hat mit den übernommenen Garantien für Regressansprüche für die weltweit meistvertrieben RNA-Impfstoffe, z. B. von BioNTech/Pfizer, die wirtschaftliche Zukunft ganzer Generationen einer Gruppe von Pharma-Gauklern ausgeliefert, die mit der unhaltbaren Parole „RNA-Impfstoffe schützen vor COVID” durchs Land zogen.
Angesichts der jetzt offensichtlichen Bankrotterklärung von drei Jahren Corona-Politik haben diese Politiker kaum noch Optionen, ihr Versagen zu verdecken. Eine solch verzweifelte Option ist der Versuch eines gesetzlichen Verbots von Mikronährstofftherapien – und damit der einzig sicheren Alternative zum RNA-Impfverbrechen. Die andere unheilvolle Option ist zu versuchen, die jetzt offensichtlich gewordenen Pharmaverbrechen im Rahmen eines möglichen Kriegsrechts zu verschleiern.
Wir alle sind aufgefordert, diese Analyse an möglichst viele Menschen weiterzugeben. Unser Motto für dieses Jahr muss –h mehr als je zuvor – sein „Gesundheit und Frieden statt Krankheit und Krieg!“
