Your article gives a very pessimistic view on how to return the United States back to the original Constitutional Republic before the Act of 1871. However, your approach erases significant blocks of our county’s history. It has been frequently argued by some that the “American” continents must be returned to the indigenous people that had ancestors who lived before or at the exact arrival of Columbus. If this is magically done, the U.S. history is erased. We have others that believe the Confederacy must be eliminated. Hence, memorial statues are torn down seemingly to correct the dire mistakes of history. These opinions ignore the fact that if Columbus somehow had been prevented from discovering what he thought was India, future U.S. events like the Revolutionary War and Civil War may not have happened. However, the omnipotent God controls the past, present, and future. God’s plan may view the future differently. What if God wants to ensure our country remains a free Republic under the original Constitution that includes all 50 states? What if God wants most amendments like the rights of women to vote and the abolition of slavery, etc. to remain as written? What if God decides the three branches of U.S. government must be altered into some other more efficient arrangement? What if God includes such benefits like med beds, free electricity, free internet, free cell phones, free computers, cancer cures, multiple health cures, peace throughout the universe, and many other fantastic miracles? Should we vigilantly wait for God’s plan to unfold?
