How to perform a 11:11 meditation, increase your vibration to hasten in 5D conciseness. When the 11.11 gate opens, higher level energy will be beaming down into those that are receptive to receive it. Consequently, there will be a vast transmutation of emotional triggers for the collective as a result. Your ability to notice your own behavioral patterns and cycles allows you to shift yourself into a higher frequency of insight and awareness.
1. Use your own technique to bring yourself to a relaxed state of consciousness, be sure not to cross your legs during meditation as it restricts energy.
2. Declare your intention to use this meditation as a tool to co-create the trigger that will begin the process of First Contact with Benevolent Beings and Divine Intervention.
3. Invoke the Violet Flame from its primary source to place a circle of protection around you during and after meditation. Ask them to transmute anything that does not serve the Light.
4. Visualize a pillar of bright white light emanating from the Cosmic Central Sun, then being distributed to the Central Sun of all the galaxies in this universe. Then view this Light entering the Galactic Central Sun, then passing through our Galaxy, then entering our Solar System and passing through all beings of Light within our Solar System and then through all beings on the planetary surface and all beings underground, and also through your body, to the center of the Earth.
