IF I (not the Devil) WERE TO CONTROL THE WORLD

First thing I would do is concentrate all my “authorities” (agents/agencies) to aggregate their energies/efforts to make COMMUNICATION of the Hoy Polloi (We The People) fully controlled without us knowing we were being controlled (television “News”).
Second, I would restrict their ESSENTIAL necessities/requirements like Food, Medicine, and Utilities of Domestic Comfort to the point that I could “cut them off” at any time of disobedience, making their very thoughts (mind control) mental torment.
Third, (and, just as important as the food they eat) I would restrict their TRAVEL and other means of tending to their personal needs by means of a LICENSE, whereby heavily armed and highly trained executioners ruled without question. Any of the “commoners” would be punished, t------d, harassed, imprisoned, or otherwise silenced by the trauma and mental anguish imposed by the “machine” of government. Common Folk would quake in their shoes at the thought of being “caught” by the Imperial Guards.
Fourth, I would make the Hoy Polloi so afraid to question “Authority” that they would begin to police themselves to such extent that when more than a few of the oppressed would attempt to Liberate themselves, the community would rise up and keep them under control (to make sure the “authorities” didn’t punish the entire community).
Fifth, I would make all forms of “MASCULINITY” punishable by massive reproach of the People. I would bring the “EFFEMINANT” image in view of the entire world as all “overseers” would be – – well, words fail me here (but, you know what I mean). Also, I would cause all forms of EDUCATION to teach an effective means of protest all the way from Kindergarten through College. Thus, “women would rule over them and children would be their oppressors”.

Now, to finalize this discourse, stop blaming the DEVIL. YOU DID THIS. You slept while, inch by inch, they became YOUR RULER. What are you going to do about it?
