• Therefore we attended the “sentencing” hearing remotely via Webex, knowing we would be arrested the moment we walked into the court house.
• She was furious.  We informed the court that we were not in her jurisdiction and asked, “Madam Johnson, have you recently checked the balance on you Escrow account to see if you have enough in your account to cover the criminal actions you appear intent on performing today?”
• She was shaking with FEAR, knowing we got her, and immediately closed down the hearing without sentencing us, keeping the warrants in place.
• We immediately evacuated our basement hovel and all our things, and left Utah County just missing Deputies sent out to arrest us, and are now safely far away from her reach, in order to avoid being arrested and jailed where we don’t believe I would be allowed to leave alive!  
• October 4th we filed our Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus with the Utah State Supreme Court, our 18th case in 58 month “adventure”, instructing the High court that this Application is NOT discretionary and MUST be executed against the 28 Defendants we’ve named.
• We await their Reply.
