- The major way that the Deep State executes its sadistic agenda is by hiding the true roles that lower ranking public and private sector employees, i.e. pawns, contribute to their overall schemes. This grand agenda is shared only with those who need to know. Others are told the bare amount of information required to contribute to the Master Plan. Sharing minimal details with pawns is known as ‘compartmentalization’.
An obvious REFORM needed would be a sweeping principle, to use throughout all government and industry, that ALL members of any enterprise or agency have both an entitlement and a duty to know ANY AND ALL aspects of their work and the products, methods, and services of their organization. This is a really broad challenge that needs to be thought through. A beginner probably would be hard pressed to know more than his work and the work of two levels above him. Add to that the way in which management employees are so guarded about what they do, primarily because the majority live, for the most part, in a Dilbert-like world in which they don’t want others to realize the relatively-meager extent of their contribution, and cruise along as sounding boards for the contributions of others.
Perhaps a more practical reform is that all enterprises must have a certain number of persons, based on their size, who MUST know EVERYTHING about what is going on in a company or agency. This number must be large enough that if there were wrong-doing, there would be leaks and disclosure. Those who would be registered as knowledgeable managers would have a sworn duty, backed up by harsh penalties, to disclose bad actions or suffer guilt by association. This would include a thorough indoctrination into the evils that are a natural consequence of compartmentalization. This “cure” has associated problems, because every industry or agency WANTS to keep information about their products and methods SECRET. Consequently it is incorrect to suggest that the cure is simple, while to say it is too complex (subject to endless committee hearings, etc.) would result in no solution.
In the military it is generally accepted that staff or attack forces must be thoroughly briefed and all intel, procedures, and methods, due to potential casualties in which subordinates must carry on. For this reason it might be the best course to study and implement military methods. It is worth adding that the military has always had and used VERY harsh penalties for any military who participated in acquisition, with VERY strict limits of what they may even receive as a souvenir.
