They do exist on limited individual resources. That usually goes to helping neighbors and church member families in need as far as it can go. In this economy, resources are limited more every day and need is high for more people.
As far as the zim and Humanitarian projects on a larger scale, It is obvious we can kiss that can good-bye. I gave up on that. Even if we were really to receive the funds, who knows what the need would even be in this technological changing world. Many things like hospitals and educational centers will have changed in needs.
My focus has changed from a lot of things that appear to be coming obsolete. But I know food, land and animals are a major part of my focus. And maybe housing and clean water if the zim allow larger projects. But with all the disinformation out there, I do not know anymore. I just help where I can. So do many others. Sometimes it just has to be individual to individual for now.
