Local elections in Italy : useless euphoria!
A brief guide to how our system works.
I see that there is euphoria in the small towns where people voted for mayor, the majority of voters are celebrating victory.
Assuming that the new mayor is an honest, alert, well-disposed, intelligent person (and all other possible positive qualities), he will not be able to change anything!
First, the new mayor is summoned by the prefect to be sworn in (here he becomes even more euphoric). I remind everyone that the prefect represents the state
on the territory on behalf of the Ministry of the Interior. All law enforcement agencies answer to the local prefect. In case the new mayor is particularly ‘smart’, for the system means ‘unaligned’ because they have already compiled a meticulous and detailed dossier on him. Surely the prefect will take care to say a few ‘sweet’ words to the new mayor….
Once back in the municipality, the euphoria has already almost disappeared. After receiving a loving baptism from the system, the new mayor will have to deal with the municipal secretary, the head of the technical office and the head of public works. These individuals answer to the system and not to the mayor (Bersani Law).
Even assuming that the above three figures are clean, he will have to deal with the region and politicians, who in turn are managed by officials. Here the problem doubles because politicians at this level have already been adequately treated by the system. Officials, on the other hand, take orders directly from the system (Bersani law).

Even assuming that in the region the new mayor finds honest and independent politicians and officials, the next level is Rome. Here, the political class is a direct expression of the system; no one gets into parliament if they are not ‘liked’. Public official on the Ministers, on the other hand, are the hard core of the system; in fact, when one enters as a young man, he stays there for life.
This is the octopus of the Cabal that through the tentacles of the Deep State controls Italy.
Considering that the turnout at the administrative elections barely exceeded 50 per cent of the eligible voters, despite the fact that in the small municipalities practically all the voters had a few friends or relatives on the list, this shows that a great many Italians have understood the above!
The wake-up call is unstoppable!
