David, Can you explain how Police can conduct a Traffic Stop without violating the 4th & 5th Amendments? Because I can’t!
Driving is a For Profit (Commercial) activity, and Lying to Police is a Code Violation. Travel is a well established Right.
So, if I show my license I’m lying (VEH § 31), and forcing me to show my License violates the 5th Amendment (Self Incrimination).
Dammed if you do and dammed if you don’t is Extortion, a violation of RICO.

Driving an automobile isn’t a Constitutional right, it’s just a privilege granted by a state. That’s the loophole they use to justify making it legal for police to demand ID for traffic violations

Travel is a Right. Using Public roads for Profit is a Privilege. You are misusing “Legal”. A Corporation is a LEGAL “Person” (No one can shake it’s hand). A man has a Lawful Person (You can shake his hand). Lawful = Natural / Legal = Unnatural (Fake / Fraud). A Corporation is required to Register a Commercial Vehicle, because Commerce is for Profit not Safety (Commerce must be REGULATED). VEH § 470 How do you put both Natural and Unnatural “Persons” in the same definition? (By fraud.) A Commercial Vehicle is the ONLY vehicle required to register. VEH § 260 Automobiles, Space Shuttles, Fighter Jets, and UFOs are not required to Register because there is no Definition in the Code for those types. The CODE uses the word Person not man, because the Code (Fake) has no jurisdiction over men (Natural). Your ID is uppercase because (JOHN DOE) is how you communicate a Corpse (DEAD BODY). When you are DEAD you need ID, because you can not speak for yourself! Your ID is an ATM Card 123-45-6789 (SSN) is a Bank Account Number. The Cops provide a Service which is paid for by your SS Bank Account. Police are the Mercenary Army of the Attorneys / Bankers. (Before you can be a CONVICTED Felon, you first have to be a Felon. Police are Known Felons, or at least I know it.)

Unalienable Right to Travel Case Law

CASE #2: “The right of the citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, either by carriage or by automobile, is not a mere privilege which a city may prohibit or permit at will, but a common law right which he has under the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” Thompson v. Smith, 154 SE 579.
It could not be stated more directly or conclusively that citizens of the states have a common law right to travel, without approval or restriction (license), and that this right is protected under the U.S Constitution.
CASE #3: “The right to travel is a part of the liberty of which the citizen cannot be deprived without due process of law under the Fifth Amendment.” Kent v. Dulles, 357 US 116, 125.
CASE #4: “The right to travel is a well-established common right that does not owe its existence to the federal government. It is recognized by the courts as a natural right.” Schactman v. Dulles 96 App DC 287, 225 F2d 938, at 941.

As hard as it is for law enforcement to believe, there is no room for speculation in these court decisions. American people or citizens do indeed have the unalienable right to use the roadways unrestricted in any manner as long as they are not damaging property or rights of others.
