1st if these offices are of-for government civil purposes and filled via elected or hire..they are public servants and the oaths and bond are open to the public. You don’t need to do a “FOIA” request.
For like a county and most likely villages-townships are all filled at the county clerkers records. Somewhere in the county records building there is a window to go to (like the archivist) and tell them what you are wanting..on whom you want. I’ve done this. The oaths of the juristic persons (judges-DA -Clerk ect.) is there. I don’t remember if they charge for a copy.
