Using Telegram instead of the Emergency Broadcast System is a total stupid idea the serious nature of all that has transpired should be communicated to everyone in the planet changing to a telegram app at this time comes across as someone not thinking this is serious at all, or that every that has been communicated up to this point is a bold lie.
