According to CNN, 23 people were taken to the hospital, 11 of them had cardiac arrest.
Eyewitnesses told how they saw people dying in the crowd and described what was happening as chaos and madness.

Astroworld Festival is an annual music festival hosted by American rapper Travis Scott [10]. It takes place at NRG Park, Houston, Texas. Scott has previously been held accountable for concert-related activities. At the 2015 Lollapalooza festival, Travis was arrested and charged with inciting viewers to ignore security and rush to the stage. In 2017, he was again charged with similar charges [11]. His fan injured his spine during a performance in 2017 [12]. In 2019, three people were injured in a stampede at the Astroworld festival [13].
