MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell revealed new details on his plans to bring an election lawsuit before the United States Supreme Court, and announced new legal action against Dominion Voting Systems.
Lindell, who is a longtime ally of President Trump’s, is following through on a promise he made earlier this month to bring the election fraud case before the nation’s highest court by Thanksgiving. Rather than suing on behalf of himself, the MyPillow CEO revealed that the states involved in the suit will be considered “plaintiffs” who will be named in the coming days. “The states are the plaintiffs, this isn’t ‘Mike Lindell,’” he said about the case which he hopes will result in a complete nullification of the 2020 presidential election results.
Lindell’s legal action comes after the Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton in December 2020 that called for the court to invalidate election results from Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, which allegedly made unconstitutional last-minute changes to their election laws citing the “pandemic.” The case argued that Texas voters were disenfranchised by other states that certified potentially illegitimate votes. The court tossed out the lawsuit and cited that Texas did not have the legal standing to challenge election protocols from other states.
Lindell emphasized that to persuade the Supreme Court to take up his case, it will be critical to motivate “hundreds of millions of people” to press the court for the sake of election integrity. “The Supreme Court needs pressure to look at it,” said Lindell. “Thats why we have a petition at fix2020first. com [Americans] need to go to that place and sign the petition.” Lindell hopes that public pressure will elicit the court’s examination. “I believe it’ll be voted 9-0—that they’re all going to vote to look at it,” said Lindell. “If we don’t get rid of these machines and fix 2020 first, we don’t ever have another election again.”
If the Supreme Court strikes down his lawsuit, Lindell said that he has other lawsuits lined up, revealing that another one will be announced two weeks. The MyPillow CEO also confirmed that he has a team working on replacing the tabulation machines manufactured by Dominion Voting Systems which led him to his next announcement. Lindell revealed he is filing another “huge” class action lawsuit against Dominion on Friday on behalf of everyone Dominion sent “threatening letters to.”
“Its a class action lawsuit against Dominion. It is going to be huge.” He noted that the lawsuit will include “all of the people Dominion gave threatening letters to,” that reportedly asked them not to talk about alleged election fraud, “or else.” Lindell confirmed that lawyer Alan Dershowitz is one of his attorneys for the Dominion lawsuit. Lindell disclosed that his team is trying to get as much support from as many attorneys general as possible for his lawsuit in order to increase pressure on the Supreme Court. “We’re getting as many Attorney Generals on board as we can over the next six weeks. Thats the only thing we’re waiting on,” said Lindell. “You only need one, but 50 is a lot more powerful than one.” Lindell confirmed that at least six state Attorney Generals are already on board with his lawsuit, however he believes that the suit could garner support from 30.

N. Dear Fellow Australians,
When we look back at this chapter in history, how will we be able to reconcile with ourselves that we didn’t speak up in times of injustice? I am a (former) Australian health worker who has recently quit my profession so I can speak up. Right now, a vast number of Australians are being coerced into taking the COVID-19 vaccine.
The government tells us if we don’t take the vaccine, despite any legitimate concerns we may have, there are repercussions.
We are pushed out of our jobs.
We are barred from taking part in society.
We are attacked by the police “for our health”.
Besides the few who can work remotely, many other areas of work are directly affected: people working in healthcare, education, law enforcement, the construction industry, the hospitality industry, aviation … the list goes on.
Vaccine passports and mandates are simply an underhanded method of coercing a population into taking vaccines. The programs were designed to create a strong atmosphere of discrimination while providing a peculiar incentive to take the vaccine not only for our health, but to also re-gain privileges in society.
A person’s vaccine status tells very little, and it’s being used to disproportionately affect every aspect of everyday life.
A person’s vaccine status does not reflect health status.
A person’s vaccine status does not distinguish between whether they’ve survived COVID or have never had the disease.
A person’s vaccine status does not display the strength of protection they still have, since vaccine efficacy does wane with time.
A person’s vaccine status does not take into account any of the various co-morbidities that may put an individual at heightened risk of contracting/surviving COVID.
We know the vaccine carries a variety of potential risks depending on age and various pre-existing health conditions.
Where there’s risk, there must be choice.
From the Australian Immunization handbook: “It (the vaccine) must be given voluntarily in the absence of undue pressure, coercion or manipulation.”
We have lost our ability to move freely.
We are unable to keep our jobs or go shopping in certain places.
We are being stripped of our fundamental human right to make informed choices for our health.
We have to take the jab to gain back these “freedoms.” Coercion is not consent.
Dr. Christina Parks: Soldiers and service members across the country need to be made aware of their rights: THIS IS FOR ALL UNVACCINATED SOLDIERS, SAILORS, MARINES, AIRMAN, COAST GUARD, HEALTH SERVICE, and ALL FEDERAL EMPLOYEES: You have the right to refuse vaccination under the mandate if they are not offering you FDA Approved COMIRNATY which is the only vaccine the FDA has approved.
I am a physician in the Army, but have to advise I am not representing the DOD or Army and I am only speaking as a concerned citizen. I would like to make certain that the following information is put out for all Soldiers and service members as well as federal workers, so they understand their rights under the law. After reading the excellent article from the EPOCH Times last week that discussed that COMIRNATY is the only actual approved vaccine, and is “legally distinct” from Pfizer BioNTech, I also found out from that same article that the FDA approved version of COMIRNATY is not even available in the United States, and may not be available until October at the earliest. I did further research and in the same location where the FDA publishes the Vaccine Recipient Fact Sheet… there is also the FDA BLA (Biologics License Application) approval letter outlining what Pfizer needs to do before manufacturing the approved version of COMIRNATY. On page 2 under “FDA Lot Release” it states “Please submit final container samples of the product in final containers together with protocols showing results of all applicable tests. You may not distribute any lots of product until you receive a notification of release from the Director, Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER)” Only future versions of COMIRNATY manufactured with the approved ingredient and manufacturing approval from the FDA will carry the official “approved by the FDA” package insert. Furthermore, on the Vaccine Recipient Fact Sheet for Pfizer BioNTech and COMIRNATY, on page 1, the FDA clearly states that COMIRNATY is “legally distinct” from Pfizer BioNTech (bottom of the page – small writing). Therefore that means that although a mandate has been approved by the Secretary of Defense, and although the Assistant Secretary of Defense released a memo yesterday which has similar language to the top of page 1 of the Vaccine Recipient Fact Sheet, they fail to mention, and it is failed to be mentioned anywhere in Army information that I have seen, that the two are “legally distinct” as stated at the bottom of page one of the Vaccine Recipient Fact Sheet… Which means that the mandate is unenforceable under the law with the current available vaccines.
BOTTOM LINE: The current mandate by the DOD is not enforceable under the law with the currently available vaccinations. Under EUA authority, until the actual FDA approved COMIRNATY has been manufactured, and that version verified by the FDA for release and is then available for distribution and use, and also accessible to the service member, a service member is authorized to refuse any non-FDA approved COVID vaccination. This is a black and white issue. Which is also why no enforcement operating procedures have been released. They legally cannot enforce this mandate with the currently available vaccines. O. Zim Redemption and/or Currency Exchange Appointment: The following was my opinion only and could easily change by your appointment time. Official instructions would come with publication of the Secured Website.
In order to redeem Bonds and/or exchange foreign currencies at the higher rates you must go to a Redemption Center within the days allotted for such exchanges/ redemptions.
If you go to a bank they would give you the lower rates as shown on the Forex for that day.
Notification to set appointments at Redemption Centers would come out by way of letters to your email account. Those emails would contain a link to a Secured Website. That Secured Website link would also be published on various Dinar websites as well as be in a Restored Republic via a GCR Update.
To access an appointment at a Redemption Center, go into the Secured Website where it would ask you to verify that you are you, after which you would be given an individual 800 number to call to set your redemption/ exchange appointment.
While you could send the Secured Website link to anyone you wished, your individualized 800 number could only be used by you and only once to set your appointment.
Currency Rates: No one has knowledge of the currency exchange rates for Tier 4B as they would be set just prior to notification.
Zim Rate: We don’t know what the Zim rate was. The UST listed the Zim at a 1:1 for countries other than the US.
The US requires a project for the Zim redemption at the higher rates.
If you had Zim and don’t have a project you could take a “default rate.” No one knows what the “default rate” would be.
If you had a project the rate for your ZIM would be on a sliding scale of from below $.01 to $1.00 depending on the needs of your project, your project presentation and how many years you wished for your payout.
80% of that payout would go to your project and 20% would be for yourself. You would also earn interest on money left at the bank during your payout period, which could be substantial.
If you don’t have projects, and you don’t have Zim, you could ask for Contract Rates on your currency.
Except for seniors over 65, all Zim redemption would be on a payout in the number of years of your choice up to 50 years.
You would be paid interest on your money left at the bank during your payout period for as much as 7% to 8% a year depending on how many years you decided for your payout.
The Dinar and Dong exchange could be used for your project.
You could invest in the International projects and would benefit from that commitment. If you elected to go with International Projects, your team would take it and run with it and you would be hands off.
A Trust Account owns the project(s). Your Exchange/ Redemption Team would be available to help you manage your project. There may be oversight during the first couple of years to determine that you’re actually delivering on your commitment to Humanitarian Work, infrastructure and philanthropy. The TRUST still owns everything.
Presenting a Project: Have around three type-written pages with details of your project(s), describing your intentions, your ability to perform and the amounts you would allocate to it.
Your currency exchange was a non taxable event. The Zim redemption might have an Estate, Capital Gains and/or Earned Interest Tax. It was advised with the ZIM that you set aside an amount to cover possible taxes.
The UST was going to charge a fee to exchange and to redeem. We don’t know exactly what that would be until we get to the delivery.
A bank fee of $.025 was possibly negotiable.
