See if you can find the hidden meanings in this movie, vis-a-vis our age old battle with the occult Cabal, represented by the character Anton Stice in the wild west fantasy flic Western Religion.
Though the Cabal can offer the pilgrim “riches and power” and the satiation of “the deepest of your mortal desires,” it cannot offer a soul redemption or salvation, in this world or the next.
The various characters in this fable-like play are set up to be at each other’s throats, as disparate entities competing in a greedy way for whatever they can grab for themselves in an 1879 poker tournament with a gold cross for a prize.
However, it is only when these players seek a higher good and unify with each other in their aims that they are able to empower themselves and dismantle the Devil’s method of control. It is much the same in our world.
It is only the impending Unity of the human race which stands between the End of the Cabal and the Dawn of a Golden Age.
We are on the Precipice now, waiting for the river card to turn…
Waiting to see what will happen with this Election… that was for ‘Soul of a Nation’ stakes.
Do the cheaters get to win?
Or does God Win in the end?
When we stop waiting for the answer, we can each be our own spoiler for the Old World Order’s destined-to-fail schemes.
