We’ve moved to a higher alert status.
Defense Condition 1
refers to a threat from an EXTERNAL source.
An INTERNAL ALERT is different.
WE ARE IN A HEIGHTENED STATE
OF INTERNAL ALERT
HERE IN THE COUNTRY.
Very serious changes in our posture internally
as a country,
as a government
are happening moment to moment right now.
THERE’S A VERY CAREFUL PLANNED SEQUENCING
OF MOVING US TO THIS HIGHER ALERT LEVEL
THAT CAN BE SWITCHED
FROM INTERNAL
TO AN EXTERNAL ALERT LEVEL
& RAISED FROM A 2
TO A HIGHER NUMBER
ON A MOMENT’S NOTICE.
I think that will be weeks out.
We are methodically, systematically
moving to higher alert levels
because we are in a very sensitive situation
& the powers that be behind the scenes
are very carefully preparing us for those moments
SO THAT WE MAINTAIN CIVIL ORDER
COMING INTO THIS LAST PERIOD OF TIME
where we’re going to clean up a lot of these problems.
