The sun is shining and I will be going out shortly for my second walk of the day. Being outdoors on a day like this makes a huge difference to my state of wellbeing. This morning I went to the supermarket and stocked up – nothing crazy, just a good supply for about six weeks. There are 12 blocks of chocolate so I think I should just make it through any upcoming food shortages….!
I want to honor a brave local Light Warrior who took part in a protest outside a police station on the first day of lockdown. As a result of this incident, her life has been very challenging since then. She is one gutsy woman and I am proud to have known her for a long time.
