Steve Breckow recommends rehabilitation instead of execution of persons found guilty of treason and certain other crimes.
Have you ever tried to rehabilitate a crocodile? It doesn’t work on reptiles, and it doesn’t work on reptilians or entities with human bodies and reptilian souls.
We are immersed in a pathogen/parasite/predator-and-host/prey ecosystem that operates on micro, macro, and galactic scales in the lower densities. There are species that variously want to eliminate, enslave, or eat us Terran Humans, and they use subtle means as well as physical operations to achieve their goals. Those subtle methods include walking-in malign souls and manipulating DNA, for example. The resulting “persons” are not true Terran Humans and are not susceptible to rehabilitation.
Now, performing executions does adversely effect the souls of those involved, but we must maintain defenses as well as receive light and love, or else we will fall into situations that prevent further development. A higher level of consciousness understands all of those factors and does not become blocked by any of them.
Nature is red in tooth and claw on all scales and on all levels in the lower densities, and we Terran Humans must deal with that reality realistically or either perish (in the physical) or forever remain host/prey victims.
Now, some professing sources claim or imply that the Universe is being or will be upgraded so as to eliminate or at least limit the intensity of suffering due to the existing predator-and-prey ecosystem. That would be nice; however, I suspect that existence is necessarily zero-sum, and therefore, the total energy of bliss and joy must be equal to the total energy of suffering and distress. Nevertheless, the distribution of those energies can be manipulated and optimized. The Universe is not optimized at present, in my opinion, if it allows torturing of children.
