The following are a dozen questions, rules and regulations that can be given to a demanding individual/authority in Government, Business, Education or any other organization, agency or entity.
Although the attachments are for students, you can easily redo and modify the notice to anyone else such as a government, business or private employee.
CRITICAL information:
I have learned that
1 — If you deny any demand, including vaccination, the proof of damage and danger is on you. However, if you do not deny or reject demand, and instead accept the demand but with certain conditions, then the proof (of vaccine safety) will be on the demanding party.
2 — You might wish to add in the form (which is not in it):”You have ten working days to reply with your acceptance or rejection to sign the form “Notice To Employer to comply with certain vaccine conditions”. Your denial or your lack of reply within ten days will constitute your tacit admittance, consent and agreement to exempt me from vaccination without any form of damage to me, including my employment status, income or any other damages. Your reply must be with your notarized signature, or include the signatures of two credible witnesses with contact information, or reply from your business email address with your position of authority and identity fully revealed.” I you choose to mail it you must deliver and be ready to provide me proof of delivery with the carrier’s receipt of delivery.
It is also recommended that the highest authority in the organization sign the form. Better yet, if you can have two such individuals signing it.
