Why do so many government employees suffer from a lack of empathy or compassion (psychopathy). Serial killers are psychopaths, but not all psychopaths are serial killers. Can a psychopath formulate Reasonable Articulable Suspicion (Probable Cause / Cause of Action) or do they fail to satisfy the definition of Reasonable (having sound judgment; fair and sensible)?
I just finished watching the movie Contact (1997). I cried more watching Contact than It’s a Wonderful Life (1946). I noticed that only one character not receiving a government paychecks was psychopathic. He was likely a victim of MK-Ultra or Satanic ritual abuse. (It’s only a movie.)
