We already know how to conduct same-day tabulation using hand-marked paper ballots and offline scanners without exposing systems to the internet.
Yes.
We already know how to perform post-election compliance audits that mathematically prove outcomes using the physical ballots themselves.
Yes.
We already know how to enforce the simple rule that ballots counted can never exceed legally registered and checked-in voters—by design, not by trust.

We already know how to protect 100% voter privacy, because secret ballots are a solved constitutional practice when identity is separated from the vote.
No.
None of this requires new science, experimental technology, artificial intelligence, internet voting, or surrender of civil liberties.
