Recently, however, we have stopped buying Ionic Care for our members due to the following tremendous things.

Here’s why:

1. Many of the members I recently ordered received 100% defective products that did not produce any heat at all, nor did the fan function work at all. (3-4)

2. After officially requesting a return, I received an email from Ionic Care saying I would refund it and returned it, but I haven’t received my money back in a month and a half since. (4-5 cases)

3. Due to the problem of Korean customs, I requested a return process for several orders, so I received the acceptance by email and returned the item, but I have not received the money even if I wait more than two months.

4. A user received Ionic Care and was using it right away when an electrical short circuit caused a fire inside Ionocare, which almost set the house on fire. They said they have almost stopped using it and are refraining from it.

5. A lot of users (probably 30-40 people), including myself, are experiencing issues with Ionic Care’s stage 3 switch not working properly.

In my case, the internal switch housing came out as broken plastic while running the switch. The same thing happened to the other members. This is considered to be a completely defective product.

6. I got an email from the Ionic Care sales company last week, and I’m getting a ridiculous offer that if you just send me the shipping fee, you’ll send me Ionic Care. Therefore, I asked all members to stop the new order of Ionic Care immediately. I tried to send a strong protest email from the standpoint of running a related channel, but I am hesitant to think that their active sabotage could put me at risk. In other words, before the new world of January 1, 2026, I’m sure the DS are foaming in their mouths trying to somehow stop the Medbed.

(Amazon was selling the same-looking Ionic Care for $122.75 in June, but it was too low for the $700 we bought, so I told the members not to buy it on Amazon because it could be fake.)

So I thought about it. From June to September, Ionic Care was excellent enough to create many miracles without much trouble. However, let’s suddenly have a lot of problems after October. I wonder if they are selling through Ionic Care sellers as fake ones that were sold by Amazon and others to make bad rumors about Ionic Care products to prevent Medbed.

Anyway, the problem we’re having at the moment is that we’re selling defective products. Also, I don’t understand at all that if I send you a return fraud, a refund fraud, or a shipping fee after deposit, you’ll send me Ionic Care.

In this situation, I think we need to think about how Ionic Care can benefit many potential buyers in the future.

The above is the actual situation that the members who recently ordered are experiencing. According to one of our members, there were two companies that sold Ionic Care in Korea. One of them decided not to sell it anymore.

I found some positive information about Ionic Care while writing in Korean. So I’m urgently emailing you thinking that I should quit what I’ve been doing for a while and no more victims should come out.
