Can California really Secede from the USA Union? Governor Newsom may push for this option to make sure he becomes a true leader in opposition from Trump and stake claim on much of the Federal land and Military properties.
This has been a battle since California lost federal funds as Newsom wanted more because California could not stand on its own.
Now Newsom has had the L.A. riots put in place and Trump calling for the California National Guard to help stop those riots, but Newsom claims Trump has no authority to do so as well as bringing in the US Marines.
There was a time that Trump called for Martial Law for all 50 states and thus each state is under US Military control, but We The People are in the phase of not knowing it was put in place as of yet as CIC Trump is letting We The People make the moves and not himself as a sole ruler.
If Newsom were to move forward and ban all movement in or out of California as well as seize all National Parks, Federal land, US Military bases and ports as it is in THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, INC. then CIC Trump can force Newsom to make a move to invade the US Military on Federally Owned Property which Newsom has no authority and thus be in violation of US Military Code and can then be arrested for US Military Treason! This would not be a act of war as it is one leader taking the actions leading to war where CIC Trump would halt it beforehand.
Newsom will be in a pot of boiling water to try and make THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, INC. its own country without the approval of its We The People, and the members of Congress would be kicked out of D.C. if not arrested themselves as they would no longer have jurisdiction to be in the USA as then they would be foreigners. ICE removes California members of Congress and their staff as they are associated with California?
Maybe this is a step for all 50 states to remove themselves from THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC. and move into the New US Republic.
