CRIMES OF JUDGES
The main character: THE PSYCHOPATHIC JUDGE
Family Court judges used to be known for having the disposition to provide flexibility and reasonableness, to take off their black robes and talk with children about their thoughts and feelings, on camera in their offices. Flexibility compassion and interest in hearing from all parties are still factored into the evaluation of custody decisions in most courts.
But the amiable atmosphere of good judges seeking to engage in the reasonable, equitable settlement ebbing practice, tsunami, and the all-consuming appetite for the new expeditious settlement of cases through the mesmerizing concept of (parental alienation) was in its inception.
Soon it would overtake the imagination in the marketing mechanisms of legal practitioners, who saw all the possibilities it offered for the growth of cottage industries and conveyor belt processes for litigating a whole new branch of law manufactured as high conflict custody litigation. Chapter 13 described in brief the bias we see in family court judges. But in many cases, (bias) is the gentlest word I can find.

In family court, the judge wields the power to destroy lives. There is no jury determining guilt or innocence, it is the judge alone who will make the declaration of how fit you are as a parent, which parent will be the ultimate custodian of the children, how the bills are paid, and more
Family Court judges have the incomprehensibly horrific ability to make entire families disappear-to take happy, thriving, lovely children and turn them into something that is not only a shadow of themselves, but something unable to be reclaimed as per the damage inflicted. I called the judge who sends children to certain a---e, trauma, and destruction, the “family annihilator.” The judge may have a personality disorder similar to that of the abusers to whom they are sentencing the children. They share many of the same character-disordered traits as the perverts and pathologically abusive characters against whom the protective parent is seeking protection.
When a protective parent brings to the court evidence of heinous crimes involving physical, s----l, and emotional a---e that will traumatize, demoralize and crippled children, and a judge then transfers custody the children to the criminal, I see the character and psychological goal of these judges as reflections of the monsters that they appear to admire.
I see the traits of narcissistic personality disorder in both: controlling, manipulative, always correct, innocent of any wrongdoing, always an authority that must be obeyed, with an intense dislike or even hatred of the protective parent. Loss of control produces the shame of fear and abandonment, any motion most despised. Thus, the disgust with which the protective parent is viewed and the determination to forever maintain absolute control.
The Foundation for Child Victims of the Family Court (FCVFC) writes about many court judges who are even known to have resided over cases that involve murders and s------s, children and/or spouses. Yet they go without public commentary or notice. The public doesn’t even blink.
Male and female judges are indistinguishable as to their level of cruelty. What is clear is that entitlement they feel to do as they please and the lack of consequence for the harm they have caused. We see a pattern of greater and greater brazen behavior, arrogance, and risk-taking on the part of both male and female judges and their cohorts. Sua sponte and IPSE Dixit judicial orders (“of the moment,” “because I say so” orders) are frequently implemented by power-hungry judges engaged in unlawful, spontaneous custody transfers.
For those judges, there is no thought or option to ever engage in retort of justice. No, the depth and breadth of their sense of entitlement appear to be fixed and immovable. Over and over, day after day, they are faced with the pleadings and even hysterics of children beg not to go to their abusers. But they are never seem to budge from their cruel, and inhumane, orders even when those orders have resulted in murders and/or s------s.

But however biased and abusive a judge may be, however much he or she may violate due process, it is still very difficult to remove a judge from a case. These attempts are often met by paroxysms of retaliation in the form of contempt charges that include massive legal fee assignments, jail, and further isolation from the children.
Our experience has been that judges will even lie for judges in cases moved from Family Court to federal court. Judicial peers who are offended by complaints against their colleague’s support the crimes reported to judicial review boards and beyond by altering the scripts, the facts, and the interpretations of the law, in order to protect judicial offenders. Appeals court judges do the same, following the same manipulation and code of loyalty, not for the law, but to those who betray the fatal flaw in the court: corrupt offenders of the court.
Elected and appointed judges have become a class of anointed judges who engage in the unprecedented practice of transferring children of all ages into the hands of abusers. And this, regardless of how venal is the crimes against children articulated and substantiated by objective evidence. All a---e allegations are denied, evidence of press, and witnesses intimidated and threatened as a matter of course. The a---e of process has come to be recognized via issuance of contempt charges to unlawfully retaliate against those who engage in the legal process in an attempt to protect vulnerable children.
