If I understand your posts and comments you question whether Tulsi Gabbard is qualified to hold office because she is from Hawaii which is not a state. Both of her parents are American citizens which make her An American citizen. She has been in the military since 2003 serving many of those years on American soil which by Constitutional law makes her eligible for office. I hope this helps.
