When you see First Amendment Auditors, when they walk around or go into Public buildings paid for by taxpayer dollars, then they may be asked or told to leave as it is Private.
In ALL government buildings it is to be posted near the entrance which law, policy and / or regulation about photographing, filming or recording in any manner and which portions of the building for this is allowed. The USPS, SSA, Local Police Dept., Court House, City Hall and much much more.
The employees and / or law enforcement cannot trespass you by their own opinion if you just complied with the law / First Amendment as it must be for ‘disturbing the peace’ of those that are doing business and not just by someone that doesn’t want you there.
Just in general ALL of you have First Amendment Rights of which if you see something in Public you can record it even if the people do not like you to do it you still do not need ‘official press credentials’ to have First Amendment Rights as the First Amendment does not specify this only for the MSM or special interest groups.
Look here:
“The First Amendment to the United States Constitution prevents the government from making laws respecting an establishment of religion; prohibiting the free exercise of religion; or abridging the freedom of speech, the freedom of the press, the freedom of assembly, or the right to petition the government for redress of grievances.”
NO ONE of any government entity can insert what they believe they want to be inserted of what is not there or what they think this means.

Some of the employees, security or law enforcement state it is Private Property, which in once sense today they are correct as they are a government corporation, but when the people are there without a camera they are allowed to be as it becomes a Public building or area.
I have seen even where sidewalks, easements and parks are considered to be Private Property by some law enforcement and the officers arrested the people where if you really walk there then you cannot travel to go where you want as you are to stay at home.
There have been videos I’ve seen where law enforcement have arrested people on the sidewalk where they refused to show an ID or then seen that their driver’s license has expired, but they were walking, or they were arrested for DUI when they were not driving.
Like in a Private mall in a Public setting security have come around to the First Amendment Auditors and told them to stop and then want them arrested for trespassing, but even here when the people have done nothing wrong the mall is a Public area and not in any individual business and they can be there in normal working hours.
I have thought if law enforcement or a judge orders a trespass notice on you for you not to be in a city, county or state then they can arrest you for living there if you actually do, even in your own home. Idiotic, but some may do it.
Even when these First Amendment Auditors are out in front of Private businesses those employees have come out to have them leave and even called law enforcement to have them arrested, but some of the employees were given the truth of the First Amendment and told harshly about it as being retaliated by the good law enforcement.
Nowadays they are pushing people to do everything online, as for a friend he went to file his auto registration in person, yet they no longer accept cash or credit / debit card as he had to go home and get online to then set up an account to then pay it that way. More chances for hackers to get involved. But maybe taking a drivers test or getting a license you have to go in.

Sooner or later the Bill of Rights will be exposed exponentially for We The People as for those cities, counties and states that want to ban primarily the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th Amendments. For this I’ve seen some law enforcement that say you have Miranda Rights only when you are arrested, but you must hand over your ID and answer all questions before you are arrested. Catch-22.
Do you understand where I am going, is that like NYC bans guns in their city where the 2nd Amendment allows you to carry out in the open without a permit.
