EXERCISING YOUR LIBERTY ON THE COMMON WAYS
(A “term” you must use to escape the corporate system)
Fraud in the nature of intrinsic, extrinsic, and constructive fraud and every other type of fraud is being used against you to conceal the truth of every matter. Fraud is the problem. Well, there must be a solution to the problem, right? I may be able to explain the solution; give me a chance.
In Jeremiah 6: 16-20 (NKJV) Thus says the LORD: “Stand in the ways and see, And ask for the old paths, where the good way is, And walk in it:…” But, but, but, – that was THEN – this is NOW.
Here’s some “old ways” that are very effective today. You see the ranchers that branded their livestock to identify their property. That process is still in use today. The brand is “old” law, still in use. Notching the pigs ears are still a lawful manner of identifying your livestock, etc.
Here’s another old one for you, each of the clans that came out of Egypt created their own boundary markers, which were called family crests that identified their properties. They were sometimes called Standards and stood as a flag on a pole. That became a vintage Claim of Property and Rights. This “claim” is still effective today. If property is not claimed, well, – -. I know that in Salvage Rights you may not be able to claim “that” property, but (and very important) you can claim, “That’s my rope.” Therefore, you obtain a legitimate claim to Salvage Rights.
The “State” has no greater claim on a piece of property than any other entity. However, when you “register” a piece of property with the state that you had properly purchased, you’ve not only given them the rope to connect, you’ve given them hupostasis; you’ve placed it under their jurisdiction. The registration of your automobile becomes a commercial negotiable instrument. They are buying and selling these on the market; they are pooling these like they are mortgages and various debts. Because you entered your car into the commercial registry, your car now becomes a “Commercial Vehicle.”

The reason why we are being stopped on the Common Way and harassed is that we have been fraudulently induced into believing that we had to register our property. Because of that fraud we can go back to the state for hundreds of millions in damages, because we don’t have to register the property. They didn’t tell us because of their own codes.
You, the common man (not a corporation), own a carriage (car), which is classified as “personal consumer goods.” The Truth in Lending Act definition of consumer products is nearly identical with that of the Missouri statute (and every other state statute). The Missouri statute defines “consumer goods” as goods for use primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. Mo. Rev. Stat. § 408.400.1(2). The Truth in Lending Act definition of a “consumer” is one who buys property that is primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. 15 U.S.C.S. § 1602(h). Triple verification can be found at UCC 9-109:12.
To charge someone criminally for exercising a right is to commit a crime. See, e.g., 18 U.S.C. §§ 241, 242. And, to use the criminal prosecution process as the mechanism to coerce an agreement to engage in any line of commerce is called extortion. Commerce simply cannot be compelled. Cf. Griswold v. Connecticut, 381 U.S. 479 (1965).
Commerce cannot be compelled. Therefore, STATE cannot compel anyone at any time to place any car or truck into commerce. Thus, for someone to place a car or truck into commerce, or at least to render it “commerce ready,” is for that someone to act fully voluntarily. You volunteered in; you must volunteer out. Commerce cannot be compelled. Choice of law cannot be compelled. Without that commercial nexus, STATE has nothing to regulate.
I realize I’ve only covered one aspect of this manufactured curse on modern man. Also, I realize if I packed more information on these pages I would lose many. The details would be like water on a duck’s back. So, study to show thyself approved a workman needeth not to be ashamed rightly dividing the Word of Truth.
