Hello, my name is Greg St. Plice and I want to bring to attention several nefarious things going on in the state of New York. I am a native New Yorker who witnessed Gerrymandering going on during the midterm election of 2022. Fast forward to today, and below are my evidence:
(1). From June 2022 up until mid-October 2022 my address information on the New York State website and other voting NY websites would be blank as in, “invalid address,” when I would look up the polling site for where I am able to vote.
(2). By mid-October I saw that I had a different polling site to vote however, I never received a letter in the mail which is a requirement by New York State law before one votes. When I went to that assigned polling site in October 2022, I was told my voting site is at another location.
(3). On the day of the general election in November 2022, I went to my assigned voting site and was informed I had to go to another location. I went to that location and witnessed other people were re-assigned polling sites unbeknownst to them and had to vote at another location. Some of the New Yorkers’ address information or names were not in the system and were given an Affidavit. One of the poll workers gave the women an Affidavit and said, “It’s alright, you can vote here. And everyone one given an affidavit can vote here.” New York State never sent me a letter in the mail of my re-assigned, “Changed,” polling site for any of the polling sites I went to.
