All humans on Earth are the result of genetic upgrades by Galactic Federation.
Human races were seeded around the planet using genetics from various non-human galactic races.
Some humans are also souls from other stars who chose to incarnate to Earth and forget who they are – starseeds.
Since there aren’t any naturally evolved humans on Earth, everyone is basically a “hybrid”.

That would be that Elder Ikai and Galactic Federation (not a male deity called “God”) are responsible for creating modern humans, protecting Earth for millennia, and providing ascension.
