The Alabama State Supreme Court just ruled per a federal lawsuit on their ‘No Stop and ID Law’ where people were not mandated to show their ‘Physical’ ID to law enforcement when asked, when there was no probable cause, but now it is solely up to the officer’s discretion to arrest the people if they refuse when the law says otherwise.
I am not an attorney, but I have seen enough of the TV shows and actual brief videos on true cases to figure this one out and the government just stuck their foot in their mouth by not complying with the US Constitution in the first place which in turn opens up doors for massive amounts of false arrests and then lawsuits later as this Alabama State Supreme Court just gave law enforcement the real power they want.
Can you see where this is going in this world?
This is still under Admiralty Law and is not Common Law within our supposed Re-instated Republic.
It may come to a point that law enforcement sits out of financial institutions on stings for when people come out with cash in hand and ask for their BC/CoLB and other ‘Physical’ ID to verify their QFS Wallet is actually theirs. This is as bad as ICE agents taking actions on people demanding showing their papers on the spot.

This is where a pastor was watering a neighbor’s lawn back in May 2022 and the police were called to check on him. Then they asked for his ID and the pastor told them, but it was not his ‘Physical’ ID even though he said who he was and that he lived across the street, so they arrested him per their disapproval of his actions as they did not care what the ‘No Stop and ID Law’ nor the 4th Amendment said.

The pastor’s arrest case was dismissed as no probable cause, but then this went for a federal civil lawsuit and not just for the state and a federal judge dismissed the case then it went to the US District Court on appeal and that court asked the Alabama State Supreme Court to clarify on the ‘Stop and Identify Law.’
When an officer has no probable cause to see your ID then the ‘No Stop and ID Law’ backs that up along with the 4th Amendment here:
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
Yet now the Alabama State Supreme Court just disregarded both of these and gave the judicial authority to the police officer to make that decision on their own and thus can make ALL their stops for a ‘Stop and ID’ stop and then the arrest would actually be ‘Obstruction of Justice.’
Other states may jump on the band wagon to implement it in their state.
By the way, the ‘Refusal of an ID’ and ‘Resisting Arrest’ charges are only secondary charges, so most of these cases are dismissed and lawsuits filed. The ‘Obstruction of Justice’ comes when the people do not ‘volunteer’ to give up their rights to law enforcement and the ‘Obstruction of Justice’ is the easiest charge to put on them and the judge deals with it later.
Law enforcement will now be able to come up onto your property and ask for your ID, but when you demand they leave and they refuse they then are trespassing, yet they arrest you for possibly not having your ‘Physical’ ID on your person then and there at that time even though it may be close by.

An extreme instance is for law enforcement to come into your home in the middle of the night, without a warrant, and aim a gun at you in your bedroom and if you do not have your ‘Physical’ ID on you while in bed when they ask for it then they can arrest you. Thus you MUST go to trial on this and then file a lawsuit. This is the potential of implanted micro-chip IDs then mandated and then the tracking of you.
Let’s see if law enforcement are going to follow HR 7741 to see if people will have any FRNs and arrest them then when they have until at least through September to exchange them, and the financial institution just gave them some USTNs that the people exchanged from the FRNs.
