Launch / recovery / command-and-control most consistently traced to private airstrips and industrial compounds previously associated with DARPA-funded UAS test ranges and contractor black programs (post-2017 shift away from public Nevada / Utah sites).
I am just sharing this with you from very informed sources. But I of course personally would not dismiss this as a coordinated effort as we know the Deep State is either in collusion with foreign actors or will scapegoat their puppet states to remove any domestic suspicion.
