In 1688, the philosophy of John Locke, and his interpretation of the Divine Trust expressed at Genesis 1:26-28, became permanently enshrined in British Law. The Coronation Act and the Bill of Rights were adopted by the British People as the Law of the Land. The powers of the monarchy were leashed, and the natural rights of the People were affirmed; it seemed that the future was bright … God sat at the top of the hierarchy Locke enshrined, man came next in the hierarchy, and as a distant third, the powers of the state were conceived as being in eternal servitude to the Public Good.
Four years later, in 1702, Queen Anne came to the throne, … to vacate the land jurisdiction, evade the limits of the constitutional monarchy, and remain “at sea“… inhabiting the legal jurisdiction of the sea:

What happens when people are led to believe they are living and acting within the context of one set of facts and contractual obligations, a limited Constitutional Monarchy replete with social guarantees protecting the natural rights of living people, and instead, the King (or Queen) … heads to sea, creating a situation where they retain the powers of Absolute Monarchy, and the people are denigrated and forced to live under a completely different set of facts and contracts?
This is a form of fraud known as “Bait and Switch“. You promise one thing and deliver another.

Since the early 1700’s, the English Kings and Queens have vacated the land jurisdiction immediately after taking their Coronation Vows, and have taken up the office of the British Monarch instead, leaving the People in the expectation of a constitutional monarchy, and delivering a plenary monarchy instead… reflected in a switch from constitutionally limited land law to unfettered sea law, also known as “Equity Law”, under which the British Monarch owns everything and holds all equity; the entire rest of any controversy rests upon how much the victim will have to pay to retain his tenancy and how large the commission of the King’s Esquires will be for enforcing the King’s interest in res, chattel property at sea: cargo and vessels.
Everything the British Government has done for the past 300 years has been accomplished based on this central Bait and Switch Fraud.
The People clearly intended to limit the powers of the King and Government, but the Government crept back into a position of plenary power by manipulating and changing the jurisdiction in which it was operating.
Recently, the British System has signaled an attempt to replay this situation with yet another Bait and Switch…
Those of us who observed this sleight of hand and who have recognized the deceit and objected to it, are owed the land law and land jurisdiction contracts we are heir to.
Otherwise, this enormous Bait and Switch Fraud is sufficient cause [for] collapse of the British Government and to nullify all actions, treaties, contracts, and covenants it has entered into in Bad Faith for the past 300-plus years. …
a history of callous injustice, avarice, and deceit — plus, a vast collection of bankrupt corporations.

The obligations of the English Kings and Queens to the living people and the actual Landlords and Freeholders remain unchanged; we are exempt from levy, and our taxes are prepaid; we and our private assets are not rendered “res” at sea or in the air, by any manipulative changes of jurisdiction that the rulers or government might undertake as a means of evading their lawful and legal and moral responsibilities.
These facts must be brought home to those in power and to the various magistrates and bar attorneys they have hired to implement the shadier aspects of their usurpations against the living people and the Constitutions the living people are owed.
It has been a convenient and self-serving device to change the jurisdiction and use this as a means to change the form of law… the miscreants have unjustly enriched and empowered themselves far beyond the reasonable constitutional limits afforded to them… in Gross Breach of Trust, and dishonor of their constitutional service contracts.
… It should be no surprise to anyone that this corrosive corruption has invalidated the meaning of the law and the form of law, until it is useless to speak of “justice” in … even the The United States, which has been suborned by this vicious and ubiquitous deceit.
Our point to everyone is that one of the members seated in the most trusted and eminent positions in the international system of law that John Locke defined and advocated, betrayed and evaded that system of law almost from the outset, while mouthing platitudes and pretending to submit to it.
The entire British Government has operated in a deceitful way that has promoted breach of trust, unjust enrichment, fraud, inland piracy, identity theft, personage, barratry, and conspiracy against the British Constitution for 300 years.
It’s time that those responsible are brought to justice and exposed for their fraud and lack of accountability — not only to the British Public, but to the people throughout the world who have been preyed upon and deceived in Gross Breach of Trust.
With this one great fraud, the perpetrators have aimed at nothing less than an economy based on eternal warfare, murder, and theft, ruthless control by force, and systematic deceit —- while they, at the same time, sanctimoniously decry the effects of their own actual policies and actions, and continue to occupy positions of trust …
wearing the guise of Corporations … They deserve to be jailed as conspirators against their own constitutions and as fraud artists that have long plagued the entire world, undermining every effort toward peace in pursuit of their own unjust enrichment.
The present situation in Iran is just one of many such examples, wherein the British Government(s) have paid for mercenaries to create mercenary conflicts under the guise of “war” and funded both sides to secure control of assets on one hand and war reparations on the other — when they deserve neither.
