The above statement is Incorrect.
But it is correct that Time is not linear as it is commonly understood — meaning that the Future and the Past do Not actually exist the way We imagine these to be.
It works like this:
Everything that Exists for YOU is Created by YOU, right now, in the Eternal “Now.”
If it isn’t Created by YOU in the “Now,” it Doesn’t Exist for YOU.
The So-called “Past” is actually Your Creation in the “Now,” of what is called the “Past.”
You may have Re-created an “earlier” Creation of Yours, but if You experience the “Past” it is because You are Creating it now, in the Eternal “Now.”
The same holds True for the “Future:”
The so-called “Future” is — as well — Created in the “Now” as the “Future.”

This is Why Time Travel is possible:
You actually do Not travel into the Past or the Future as these are commonly understood — But Only into a “Past” or a “Future” as it is Created by one or many LIFE UNITS in the “Now.”
“Different LIFE UNITS” can create Different Things in the “Now,” which is why Different Realities can exist for Different LIFE UNITS.
But All these Different Realities are in the Eternal “Now.”
But Saying “Different LIFE UNITS” is also Not the ACTUAL TRUTH — as this is also a Creation by You, and by most LIFE UNITS in Our Reality — that these LIFE UNITS are supposedly “Different” — when in ACTUAL TRUTH They are all the Same “Thing” — and this Same “Thing” is *SOURCE*.
*SOURCE* has an Infinite Ability to Create.
*YOU* as *SOURCE* have an Infinite Ability to Create.
*YOU* are *SOURCE* in Your BASIC ESSENCE.
YOU — as an Aspect of *SOURCE* — are Creating Everything that YOU are Experiencing as Existence — including that these “Other People” are “Others,” — when They are Actually Created-Compartmentalized Aspects of the Same *SOURCE* that YOU are as well.
The Same Kind of Thing applies to the Universe that You are Perceiving as “Distinctly Different” from You.

It is Your, and “Other” People’s Common Creation, that the Universe is “Distinctly Different” from YOU and THEM.
But — in ACTUAL TRUTH — the Universe as well is actually a Compartmentalized Aspect of the Same *SOURCE* — Created as such by YOU and OTHERS.
Again — In ACTUAL TRUTH there is Only One “Thing” — and this One “Thing” is *SOURCE*.
*THIS IS THE LAW OF ONE*.
*SOURCE* Creates in the Eternal “Now.”
And YOU and OTHERS — as “Compartmentalized *SOURCE*,” by YOUR OWN and OTHERS’ Creation — Eternally Create Only in the “Now.”
Whatever Exists for You at any given Moment of the “Now” is what You Yourself are Creating at that very Moment.
Even if You are watching a Stage Show which is put up by OTHERS, YOU YOURSELF need to Create it as well, for it to Exist for YOU.
Let’s say YOU get “Absent Minded” and miss a part of the Stage Show. When this happens, You Yourself have actually just Not Created that particular part of the Stage Show and consequently that part of the Stage Show didn’t Exist For YOU (it may have Existed for OTHERS who Themselves have Created that particular part of the Stage Show).
YOU and OTHERS — as Self-Created “Compartmentalized Aspects of *SOURCE*” — Create Freely and Anew in the “Now.”
