Biden cleared the way for the release of $6 BILLION in frozen Iranian funds. Iran then continued to build up their nuclear program until President Trump called in the military to obliterate it.

You can only redeem Zim at a RC, the Dinar Contract Rate can only be given at a RC and banks will offer you lower exchange rates than what you can obtain at a RC.
