Why Do People Want CBDCs So Bad?

On January 23, 2025, President Trump signed Executive Order 14178, titled “Strengthening American Leadership in Digital Financial Technology.” This order explicitly prohibits federal agencies from undertaking any action to establish, issue, promote, or circulate a CBDC within the United States or abroad.

Unless anyone can show me that the president has gone against this EO. I will happily delete this. Because we have to account for our own need to be seen as right vs what is inherently wrong. Not going to lie to you the Black Pill is entertaining. It brings excitement. It allows us to fantasize about a dystopia where we are always on the run from government tyranny. But at some point we have to get past our own nose. Because there is no “at some point” if the EO is active now.

Another thing that makes CBDC impossible to implement is that many US States now have physical gold as legal tender. Also banks starting this year will also have to have real precious metals and not paper contracts that says they have Hold & Silver. The 2020–2021 push claiming paper currency transmits viruses to justify cashless/CBDC shifts collapsed under scrutiny physical cash proved low-risk for transmission compared to surfaces like cards or screens, and usage rebounded without supporting a forced transition.

Basel III Endgame rules (phased in fully by mid-2025–2026 in the U.S.) elevate physical gold to Tier 1 high-quality liquid asset (HQLA) status at 100% market value (up from 50% previously), while imposing strict Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) requirements like 85% stable funding for certain exposures. This compels banks to hold real, allocated physical assets (gold/silver) for reserve strength, undermining unbacked digital fiat experiments like CBDC that lack tangible backing.

The Hypocrisy Is Astounding:

Have you all noticed that many vocal critics of CBDCs especially those framing it as the ultimate tool for government surveillance, programmable restrictions, account freezes, or total financial control routinely swipe credit cards, use debit apps, Venmo, PayPal, or mobile wallets without a second thought. Those systems already generate detailed, real-time transaction logs that banks, payment processors, credit bureaus, advertisers, and government agencies (via subpoenas, Patriot Act requests, or routine AML reporting) can access with relative ease.

If You Read This You Would Swear We Are Already Using CBDC

• Credit card networks track every purchase: merchant, amount, time, location (often geolocated), category, and patterns that build comprehensive profiles of habits, health, politics, travel, and associations.
  
• Issuers and processors share data under third-party doctrine no warrant needed for much of it.
  
• Governments already monitor for suspicious activity, freeze accounts, or seize funds through existing channels (e.g., civil forfeiture, IRS levies, or sanctions enforcement).
  
• Privacy in digital fiat payments today is largely illusory; the data exists, it’s just fragmented across private entities rather than centralized in one ledger.

All Of This Is Currently In Place With Credit/Debit Cards

Have you noticed people who are crying about CBDC will be in no rush to get rid of their Credit Cards and digital wallets?

The same people decrying CBDC “absolute control” have already normalized handing over granular financial data to a web of institutions that feed it right back to authorities when required. The outrage seems selective. tolerable when it’s corporate databases profiting off your habits, intolerable when it’s the government holding the master key.

Do you all now see that people only come on this platform to stress you out because nothing is going right in their own lives offline? Some people secretly want all this NWO stuff because at that point they will no longer have to look at all the failures of not succeeding as their own personal problems anymore.

Why?

Because they already are where they want you to be. Which is why they do not want to entertain that they may be wrong about their claims even in the face of EOs that makes their theories impossible to impose. When someone is no longer in control of their lives due to bad decisions that put them in even worse economic living conditions.

They fantasize about everything else crashing down for everyone else who are living, creating, succeeding, accomplishing and completing goals. There was never a point in the history of this country where 3% dominated 97% with no opposing force to remove them. America only has a history of us removing these type of tyrannical people from society the moment they get to big for their britches.
