Dipping In And Out Of 3D/5D.

I resonate with blog reader Deb’s experience of dipping in and out of 3D/5D. I am sure you will too. I love her mantra. I will start using it myself.

‘…When I come down from being in 5D for a bit, then I notice how different 3D feels and it makes me squirm. Noises sound ominous. Weather feels manipulated. People seem so fake. And then I go back to 5D and feel like I’m on strong footing again. My new mantra every morning is: “I am anchored into my highest timeline. I release all connections to the old world.” Anytime I start to feel any negative emotion, I stop and consciously work on raising my vibration again…’ (Deb)

Recently I was chatting with a family member who hates his 3D slavery job. He is looking to make a sea-change and I have offered to give him some coaching. I asked him: ‘What makes your heart sing..?’

I ask you the same question. What makes YOUR heart sing..?

My answer: Anything to do with the Galactics, the Shift/solar flash, starships etc etc. Of course the love of my beloved family and Light Warrior friends. Nature. And this blog…!

If you find your heart sinking in a 3D situation, ask yourself if you can change it/find the exit/tell yourself that you’ll never put yourself in this situation ever again. I am now in the habit of saying the phrase ‘Never again’ after less than pleasant 3D experiences.
