All water is coded to remain at a certain frequency – generally low due to negative entity actions. So it behooves us to recode water to higher frequencies, giving it better healing ability.

You can recode water by simply sending light through your hand chakra(s) to a container of water.

There are other methods to produce even higher frequency water having better health benefits.

Kryon channelled through Lee Carroll mentions using magnets to desalinate sea water – a process which can produce clean drinking water as well as healing (Gans) salts.
