The more concerning discovery was that the machine was found to be specifically programmed to “mark” a ballot selection box to mimic a human, not staying within the lines, programmed to literally be “sloppy” and not neatly fill in the bubble, in order to disguise that the machine was marking the ballot, instead of the voter.
Remote access was also discovered, along with multiple ports on the machines for Ethernet, Internet and USB access along with software designed to purposely keep the voting machine screen “asleep” or “off” when the machine is being remotely accessed from an off-site location to alter votes without anyone at the physical voting machine location ever knowing it was even happening.
The only reason you would ever purposely program the machine to disguise that a machine is filling in a selection on a ballot over a person is if you were going to commit fraud on a massive scale.
The device also ejects and re-inserts ballots for vote verification, a step Jeffery Lendberg, and David Clements stated could enable fraud. Some reversal rates reached up to 20% in certain states, which is more than enough to change the outcome of an election.

Multiple buildings with 20-22+ home health care companies found in one building in Portland Main. “It’s the same thing that we’re finding in Minnesota, just to be completely blunt, the same tactics being used to defraud Medicaid.
In this case, Zombie offices, I call them, where large clusters of home health care businesses and providers in one location. We saw them in Minnesota and we’re seeing them here and the business owners and building owners that we speak to here say, enough.
We’re here in Portland, Maine. We found of the businesses that are registered in here of the 20-something businesses, 10 of them are home health care businesses. As you can see, Prestige Home Care, Bright Star Home Care, Atlanta Community Support, Five Stars Home Health Care, Prime Home Care, LLC.
It’s a same trend we saw in Minnesota, one that the Minnesota House Oversight Committee on Fraud — Large clusters of healthcare providers in one location. This building right behind me has 22 different home and community-based healthcare companies registered in the building. Inside this Portland office building — I think I got 10 healthcare companies — Healthcare, healthcare, healthcare, home healthcare.”
