It felt like we were in a hall of mirrors, with the other characters mere reflections of ourselves, or unreal. If that were the case, what did it all mean? What were we really trying to change? John explained that what we were doing was akin to a near death experience. In NDEs, the person often comes back a changed being. Their life is often altered, usually for the better, after their encounter with the unknown, or the Godhead which is the Source of the unknown. They feel the unity of all life and know it more intimately now, from a personal perspective. John told of how worldlines themselves can have an NDE, collectively, and how it can change the destiny of a nation or even a planet. He elaborated further, detailing that what we were doing was taking a catalytic event that would lead to the death of a nation, and by extension the world, and turning it instead into a near death experience, which could birth a new Golden Age.”
