The owner of RES ELECTION services donated to OBAMA, and his brother donated to ACTBLUE, the company has ties to DOMINION, and would NOT release security footage to prove that there was NO ballot fraud after dropping of truckloads of ballots for 2 weeks after the election, injecting hundreds of thousands of ballots in the 2020 ELECTION and other fraud in the 2022 election.

Runbeck Election Services (RES) is a privately held company based in Phoenix, Arizona, specializing in election-related printing, mailing, and technology solutions.

It primarily focuses on PRODUCING BALLOTS, envelopes, and other election materials, as well as providing software and hardware for ballot processing, sorting, and verification. 🚩

Founded in 1972 by Chuck Runbeck as a general printing company in Arizona. In 1988, Chuck’s son, Kevin Runbeck took over as owner and president of the company.

By the 1990s, RES began specializing in election materials, expanding from regional to national clients.

In 2019, RES acquired http://DIMS.net, an election management system used in California, from Election Systems & Software (ES&S). 🚩

Kevin Runbeck served as CEO until 2021, when Jeff Ellington took over that role. Kevin remains chairman of the board.

Under Ellington’s leadership, the company grew revenue from under $20 million in 2016 to over $60 million by 2020, with ballot mailings increasing from 3.5 million to 16 million during that period.

Runbeck and Dominion are not owned by the same entities, however, they collaborate operationally in certain jurisdictions where their services complement each other. 🚩

In Arizona (particularly Maricopa County), Runbeck prints ballots that are designed to be compatible with Dominion’s tabulation machines. Ballots are printed by Runbeck, mailed or distributed, and then scanned/tabulated using Dominion equipment. 🚩

This partnership has been in place for years, with Runbeck handling ballot production and Dominion focusing on vote-counting hardware and software. 🚩

In Georgia (e.g., Fulton County), despite the state’s statewide contract with Dominion for voting systems, Runbeck has provided ballot printing and related services, including during the 2020 runoff elections where it reportedly delivered 1 million ballots extremely fast. 🚩

Some reports indicate Runbeck equipment was used alongside Dominion systems, leading to questions about why a non-statewide vendor was involved. 🚩

Kevin Runbeck has stated he made one donation to an Arizona presidential candidate in 2008 (likely Barack Obama, based on context and timing) and a couple of contributions to a print industry PAC for postal reform in 2019. 🚩

Brian Runbeck (Kevin’s brother) has no ownership in RES but donated $1,153 in 2020 via ActBlue (a Democratic fundraising platform). This included 28 small donations ($12.50–$100 each) to specific campaigns, plus transaction fees, totaling 53 logged entries with the FEC. 🚩

2020 Arizona Election fraud and why it matters. RES printed ballots for Maricopa County, where chain-of-custody issues were alleged (e.g., hundreds of thousands of ballots reportedly lacked proper documentation, a potential misdemeanor per ballot).

Employees testified to these lapses. RES fought against releasing loading dock surveillance video, citing privacy as a private company not subject to FOIA. A judge in one case called RES “well-respected,” but critics (e.g., Kari Lake’s team) disputed this, claiming 42% of ballots were rejected on Election Day due to printing errors incompatible with Dominion scanners. 🚩

2022 Arizona Election had similar issues, including printer malfunctions leading to long lines and rejected ballots. An audit found 10 types of ballot paper used instead of one approved type, though RES disputes responsibility for voter lists or addresses. 🚩

2024 Arizona Election problems. U.S. Rep. Abe Hamadeh (R-AZ) called for a DOJ investigation into RES for allegedly mixing blank ballots from western states with voted mail-in ballots in a warehouse, breaching protocols. This involved potential mishandling affecting multiple states. 🚩

Georgia Controversies in general. In 2020, duplicate voter registrations reportedly led to thousands of extra ballots processed via Dominion and Runbeck. Gabe Sterling (GA election official) denied fraud but emails allegedly showed he knew of issues. Runbeck provided ballots for the runoff despite the Dominion contract.

RES isn’t required to release certain records (e.g., video), fueling suspicion. Some tie it to broader election vendor concerns (e.g., alongside Dominion/ES&S/Hart InterCivic, which control ~90% of the market).

The writing is on the wall. The same groups and companies who all collude with each other are the ones controlling our elections. This company literally prints ballots and breaks the chain of custody and has NO oversight at all during elections. We must fix this.
