WARNING!!! Without my permission someone, or ones, have put up over 80 platforms on Telegram under my picture and name of Judy Byington. I DO NOT have a Telegram Platform. I DO NOT set up Quantum Financial Accounts. On Sat. 13 Sept. 2025 in that Byington Platform Chat 6226 it said that I was offering to set up Quantum Financial Accounts for people. This is a SCAM!!! – likely by the Deep State Cabal to confiscate your money.

WARNING: On Telegram there are several sites that advertise you can get a Quantum account with money in it if you pay them so much $$ (I was told over $2,000) – That is a complete scam. Don’t do it.

As I understand it, Quantum Financial Accounts will be set up for you for free when you go to your appointment at an official Redemption Center, notification of which will be sent to everyone after the EBS goes off.

Judy Note: It is my personal opinion, and I could easily be wrong, that when we hear the EBS go off with the sound of Seven Trumpets, we can soon expect to receive several messages on our cell phones generated from the new Starlink Satellite System. One of those messages should contain information about how to gain a redemption center appointment. Those who don’t have foreign currency to exchange will use their appointment to set themselves up for banking, med bed treatment and voting using personal cell phones linked up to the Starlink Satellite System, while we with currency and bonds will do the same, plus be able to do our exchange.

  • A couple of sources said Fri. 7 Nov. was in play for Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) notification.
  • One said that Tues. Wed.11-12 Nov. was also a possibility.
  • Others said we could get notification over the weekend.
  • Redemption Centers will have better rates than the bank, and you cannot redeem Zim at a bank.
  • Two separate sources said President Trump will make an announcement on Thanksgiving Day about the QFS and we are on asset-backed USN currency.
  • DOGE payments of $200,000 to $495,000, based on your age, will kick in when we start exchanges. They go to citizens as direct deposits.
  • R&R should come out 1-2 days before Thanksgiving as direct deposit.
