Judy Note: On Fri. 26 Sept. 2025 the Central Bank of Iraq published in their Gazette (making it legal and recognized by the international monetary system) that the Dinar had revalued.

  • This same Friday morning both the Iraqi Dinar and the Vietnam Dong rates went from the back screens of the Forex to the front screens and began trading upward.
  • The Dong began trading at $3.65, went to $4.25 and as of this writing was at $4.49 against one US Dollar.
  • The Dinar began trading at $5.98 and as of this writing, was at $6.64 against one US Dollar.
  • The below videos were put out by banks. Wells Fargo, HSBC and Chase. These banks were compiling lists of clients pre-approved for early exchange and inviting them in to exchange. The banks are trying to get certain high volume customers in so they can collect their gold/asset-backed Dinar and Dong. They have not told the local tellers about this, so calling a bank will not confirm.
