Will there be an actual Curfew when the EBS comes into effect? Previously it has been reported as to come into effect at 9 PM or Midnight ET to then last the 10-12 days.

So the people that don’t have cell phones, TV nor radio or just don’t have them turned on at the time the messages are sent out then they won’t know about the EBS.
EBS Language: “Return home within 5 hours to lock. Communications will be limited for 10-12 days. Essential services continue. This is a lawful transition.”

I just get my news from the internet and if that is shut down then I will not know what is going on except to believe the EBS is happening then. Where I live we have had many power outages for unknown reasons and it has lasted for more than 12-15 hours.
If it does happen at 9 PM or Midnight ET then it is still 6 PM or 9 PM in the Western states where the banks and other businesses are just shutting down and people are to be at home at that exact minute or they work the night shift and cannot get home.
Will the local police be sworn in as federal officers to enforce the EBS Curfew and how far will it be implemented as to just inform the people go home or will they all be arrested including children?
Will the interstates and highways become like border crossing checkpoints as on the I-15 going South from Nevada into California or on the I-8 going East inside of Arizona? I have been checked numerous times as a trucker and they asked if I was a US Citizen and wanted my papers.

Will sports stadiums be the housing for all those arrested as the jails and prisons cannot hold even hundreds of people?
Will it be like the New Orleans’ Superdome where people were sent there due to Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and then it could not even handle that many people trying to survive inside, and that was just for a couple of days?
Are people that are on airplanes will they be forced to land at the nearest airport and then stay at the airport for the 10 to 12 days with no food or water as those items ran out in the first 12 hours and no businesses allowed to replace them?
