Humans aren’t the prisoners on Earth. The fallen angels/archons/negative ETs that humans think imprisoned them are the actual prisoners.
In the context of religious doctrine, there are only a small handful of ‘fallen angels’ and millions and millions of ‘angels’. This has all just been a spiritual test for humanity.
We’re in a system with oversight by light forces which allows dark forces to deceive us without harming us directly, but also allows humans to harm each other with free will.
Until the Shift, we’re dealing with human free will and spiritual warfare, but we don’t have to worry about alien invasions, real or manufactured. The battle that matters is already won.
