Otto Heinrich Warburg was given the Nobel Peace Prize in 1931 for discovering the cause of Cancer.

Otto reported that Oxygen Deprivation causes Cancer. The body becomes Acid when cells switch from metabolizing sugar to distilling sugar. Oxygen Deprivation make the body Acid, pH below 7.0 Acidosis.
When the body is Acid it makes a good environment for Pathogens (inner cellular participates).
In 1939 the Rockefellers got the U.S. Congress to pass the Cancer Act of 1939.
The 1939 Cancer Act makes a Felony of Curing any disease.
